Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Go Twenties Inc., operating as Go Twenties (“Go Twenties,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles order processing, shipping, delivery, tracking, lost packages, returned packages, customs, and related shipping matters for orders placed through gotwenties.com.
This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any terms shown at checkout.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers in:
- Canada
- United States
We may expand shipping to additional countries or regions in the future. If international shipping becomes available, additional customs, import, duty, tax, and delivery terms may apply.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders are currently processed and shipped from Québec, Canada.
3. Order Processing Time
Order processing generally takes 2 to 7 business days before shipment.
Processing time is the time required to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the shipping carrier. It does not include carrier transit time.
Processing may take longer during:
- product launches;
- promotions;
- high-volume periods;
- holidays;
- inventory delays;
- payment review;
- address verification;
- weather disruptions;
- carrier delays; or
other circumstances outside our control.
We may process orders on weekends or holidays when possible, but weekend or holiday processing is not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use various shipping services and carriers, including:
- Canada Post;
- Shopify Shipping;
- and other available carriers or logistics providers.
Available shipping methods, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available.
We may offer standard shipping, express shipping, tracked shipping, and other delivery options depending on location, carrier availability, and order details.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated or displayed at checkout unless a free-shipping promotion applies.
Shipping rates may vary depending on:
- destination;
- package weight;
- package dimensions;
- shipping method;
- carrier;
- order value;
- delivery speed;
- remote-area surcharges;
- customs or import requirements;
- and other carrier or Shopify factors.
Shipping fees are subject to change without notice.
6. Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Current intended free-shipping thresholds are:
- Canada: free shipping on eligible orders over CAD $50
United States: free shipping on eligible orders over USD $40
These thresholds, eligibility rules, countries, regions, products, and promotional terms may change at any time. The free-shipping offer shown at checkout controls.
Free shipping may not apply to all products, bundles, remote areas, oversized shipments, returned packages, re-shipments, or special delivery situations.
7. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout or in shipping confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- carrier delays;
- customs processing;
- weather;
- holidays;
- strikes or labour disruptions;
- incorrect or incomplete addresses;
- remote delivery areas;
- high shipping volume;
- payment review;
- inventory delays;
- public emergencies;
- platform outages;
- force majeure events;
or other circumstances outside our control.
Go Twenties is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
8. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear or update.
If tracking has not updated for several days, this does not always mean the package is lost. Carriers may experience scanning delays, transit delays, or system delays.
9. Accurate Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Go Twenties is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- incorrect street address;
- missing apartment, unit, suite, or buzzer number;
- incorrect postal code or ZIP code;
- incorrect country, province, or state;
- inaccessible delivery location;
- wrong recipient name;
- outdated address;
or failure to provide delivery instructions where needed.
10. Address Changes
Address changes are not guaranteed.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at:

We may attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been fulfilled, packed, processed, handed to the carrier, or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, handed to the carrier, or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
If an incorrect address causes the package to be returned, lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong location, the customer is responsible for any resulting costs, including re-shipping fees.
11. P.O. Boxes, Remote Areas, and Special Addresses
We may ship to P.O. boxes, remote areas, military addresses, APO/FPO addresses, parcel lockers, or similar addresses only where supported by the selected carrier and checkout.
Some addresses may be unavailable, restricted, delayed, or subject to additional fees.
Remote-area, oversized, returned-package, re-shipping, failed-delivery, address-correction, customs, or carrier surcharges may apply where permitted by law.
If a carrier cannot deliver to the address provided, we may contact you for an alternative address or cancel/refund the order where appropriate, subject to applicable law and our policies.
12. Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to sender because of:
- incorrect address;
- incomplete address;
- failed delivery attempt;
- refusal of delivery;
- unclaimed package;
- unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees;
- carrier issue;
- inaccessible location;
- or any reason not caused by Go Twenties,
we may require you to pay re-shipping fees before the order is resent.
We may deduct original shipping fees, return shipping fees, carrier fees, duties, customs fees, and other related costs from any refund where permitted by law.
We are not required to refund returned-to-sender, refused, abandoned, or unclaimed packages unless required by applicable law.
13. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of an order, you remain responsible for the order and any associated shipping, return shipping, duties, customs fees, carrier fees, handling fees, or other costs, subject to applicable law.
Refused packages are not automatically eligible for a refund.
14. Lost Packages
If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us at:

We generally ask that you wait at least 14 days from the shipment date before reporting a package as lost, unless tracking clearly shows a carrier issue earlier.
Lost-package remedies may depend on:
- carrier investigation results;
- tracking status;
- shipping protection or insurance coverage;
- delivery confirmation;
- address accuracy;
- and applicable law.
If carrier coverage, shipping insurance, or shipping protection applies, we may first require a carrier claim or investigation before offering a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Lost packages are handled case by case.
15. Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you should first:
- check the delivery location;
- check with household members;
- check with neighbours;
- check with building management, concierge, reception, or mailroom;
- check parcel lockers or mailbox areas;
- contact the carrier;
verify that the shipping address was correct.
Go Twenties may assist case by case, but we are not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries, theft after delivery, incorrect delivery locations caused by incorrect address information, or packages lost after confirmed delivery, subject to applicable law and any shipping protection or insurance coverage purchased.
16. Damaged Packages
If your package or product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- your order number;
- the email address used for the order;
- clear photos or videos of the damaged item;
- clear photos or videos of the shipping box or mailer;
- a photo of the shipping label;
- and a description of the issue.
We may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another remedy case by case and in accordance with applicable law.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to assist with a carrier claim or remedy.
17. Shipping Protection or Insurance
We may offer shipping protection, package protection, or shipping insurance at checkout or through a third-party provider.
If shipping protection or insurance is available and purchased, lost, stolen, or damaged package claims may be handled according to the terms of that protection or insurance provider.
If shipping protection is not purchased, remedies for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages may be limited to available carrier coverage, case-by-case review, and applicable law.
18. U.S. Orders
For orders shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, brokerage fees, or other charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery to the United States may be subject to customs processing, carrier delays, and import requirements.
Go Twenties is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border processing, carrier inspection, unpaid duties or taxes, or import restrictions, subject to applicable law.
19. Future International Orders
We currently focus on Canada and the United States.
If we allow orders to other countries in the future, you are responsible for ensuring that products may be lawfully imported into and used in your destination country.
International orders may be subject to:
- customs duties;
- taxes;
- import charges;
- brokerage fees;
- inspections;
- delays;
- restrictions;
- refusals;
- seizures;
- storage fees;
- disposal;
or return-to-sender fees.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these amounts and risks are your responsibility.
If customs, a carrier, or another authority rejects, delays, seizes, returns, destroys, or refuses an international package for reasons outside our control, you remain responsible for the order and any related shipping, return, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, disposal, or handling costs, subject to applicable law.
20. Order Cancellations Before Shipment
Order cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

We may cancel the order if it has not yet been processed, packed, fulfilled, handed to the carrier, or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, it may no longer be cancellable.
Subscription orders that have already processed, billed, entered fulfillment, shipped, or passed the applicable cancellation deadline are non-cancellable unless required by applicable law or allowed under our Refund Policy.
21. Delivery Risk and Carrier Responsibility
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for transit and delivery.
Risk of loss may transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the carrier or as otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that may apply in your province, state, or jurisdiction.
22. Weather, Carrier, Customs, and External Delays
Go Twenties is not responsible for delays, failures, losses, or additional costs caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- carrier delays;
- weather events;
- natural disasters;
- customs delays;
- border delays;
- strikes or labour disruptions;
- public emergencies;
- holidays;
- high shipping volume;
- incorrect addresses;
- failed delivery attempts;
- supply chain disruptions;
- payment processor issues;
- Shopify or platform outages;
- government actions;
- war, terrorism, or civil unrest;
or other force majeure events.
