These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gotwenties.com and any related website, Shopify store, checkout, products, content, features, emails, customer support, social media interactions, promotions, and services operated by Go Twenties Inc., operating as Go Twenties ("Go Twenties," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account if accounts are enabled, subscribing to emails or messages, submitting content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policy, notice, or agreement posted on our website or presented at checkout.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or jurisdiction of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use our website or purchase products from us. Our website and products are not intended for children under 16. You may not use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
2. About Go Twenties
Go Twenties sells hair concealment products and related goods through our Shopify-powered ecommerce store, including hair fibers, sprays, applicators, accessories, and related products. Some products may be applied to the hair, scalp, or skin. Product information, images, descriptions, demonstrations, videos, advertisements, reviews, and other website content are provided for general informational and ecommerce purposes only. They are not medical advice, professional hair-loss advice, dermatological advice, cosmetic treatment advice, or a guarantee of any particular result.
3. Product Information and Results
We work to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, textures, packaging, images, videos, demonstrations, shades, compatibility, availability, or other content will be completely accurate, current, error-free, or identical across all devices, screens, lighting conditions, or individual users.
Hair concealment product performance may vary based on factors such as hair type, hair density, hair color, scalp condition, styling method, application technique, lighting, sweat, moisture, weather, product quantity used, other hair products used, product layering, individual expectations, and whether the product is used correctly. Some products may be described as water-resistant, sweat-resistant, long-lasting, or similar. Those descriptions are general product-performance descriptions only and are not guarantees.
Products may be sold in multiple shades, colors, or variations. Shade match is not guaranteed. Screen color, lighting, camera settings, hair color, hair density, undertones, and application technique may affect how a shade appears. Any before-and-after images, videos, customer reviews, testimonials, influencer content, demonstrations, or marketing examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. You are responsible for reading product instructions, warnings, ingredient information, labels, usage directions, and all related product materials before use.
4. No Medical or Professional Advice
Our products and content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, medical condition, scalp condition, hair-loss condition, psychological condition, or health concern. If you have allergies, sensitivities, scalp irritation, broken skin, inflamed skin, damaged skin, scalp conditions, hair-loss concerns, medical concerns, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a qualified professional before using the product. Do not use our products on irritated, broken, inflamed, infected, or damaged skin or scalp unless a qualified professional advises that it is safe to do so. You should patch test or use caution before first use where appropriate. You should discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience irritation, discomfort, allergic reaction, or any adverse effect.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart under these Terms and any terms presented at checkout. We may accept, decline, cancel, limit, or refuse any order at our discretion, including after an order confirmation has been sent. Reasons may include suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, incorrect product information, shipping restrictions, payment issues, chargeback risk, abuse of promotions, resale concerns, unauthorized bulk purchasing, or other operational or legal reasons.
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. A contract for purchase is formed only when we accept and process your order. We may cancel pricing errors, product listing errors, discount errors, tax errors, shipping errors, inventory errors, or checkout errors even after an order confirmation has been sent, subject to applicable law.
We do not currently sell wholesale through the website. Wholesale, bulk, dealer, distributor, or reseller orders require our prior written approval. We may limit or refuse quantities purchased per person, per household, per account, per payment method, per billing address, per shipping address, or per order when we believe it is necessary to protect our business, prevent fraud or abuse, manage inventory, or prevent unauthorized resale.
6. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices may be displayed in CAD, USD, or another currency made available on our website or checkout. For now, currency conversion may be used, and in the future pricing may be localized by customer location. Currency conversion rates, displayed prices, and final charged amounts may vary depending on Shopify, payment providers, exchange rates, taxes, duties, shipping, and payment method.
Prices, discounts, promotions, taxes, shipping fees, duties, and availability may change without notice, subject to applicable law. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order, even if submitted or confirmed, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, currency conversion fees, payment-provider fees, and other amounts associated with your order unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. We use or may use Shopify Payments, major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle, Affirm, or similar providers. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify payment methods at any time.
Payment providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility criteria, fees, dispute processes, financing terms, interest charges, late fees, approval requirements, and repayment obligations. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, approvals, denials, fees, or terms of third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us, Shopify, and our payment processors to charge the total amount of your order.
7. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards
Promotions, discount codes, offers, bundles, free gifts, giveaways, contests, and sale prices are subject to the terms stated with the promotion and may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time, subject to applicable law. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined or applied after purchase; promotions have no cash value; promotions may be limited by product, customer, order value, region, or time period; promotions may be cancelled in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, mistake, or technical error; promotions are subject to inventory availability; sale, discounted, promotional, bundle, and gift card purchases may be final sale where stated; and free gifts or promotional items may be substituted or discontinued based on availability.
If a free gift is provided with a purchase and the qualifying order is returned, cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded, we may require return of the free gift in unused condition or deduct the value of the free gift from any refund, subject to applicable law. Giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, ambassador campaigns, affiliate campaigns, creator campaigns, or similar promotions may be subject to separate rules and eligibility requirements, including geographic limits such as Canada/USA-only eligibility.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, costs, timelines, and carriers are displayed at checkout or in our Shipping Policy where applicable. We currently ship from Quebec, Canada and use various carriers and shipping services, including Canada Post, Shopify Shipping, and other carriers or logistics providers that may be available. We currently ship to Canada and the United States and may expand shipping to additional regions in the future.
Order processing generally takes 2-7 business days before shipment, unless a different processing time is stated on the product page, at checkout, or in a notice on our website. We may process orders on weekends or holidays when possible, but we do not guarantee weekend or holiday processing. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees.
We may offer standard shipping, express shipping, and free shipping promotions. Free shipping thresholds are currently intended to be around CAD $50 for Canadian orders and USD $40 for U.S. orders, but thresholds, eligibility, regions, and terms may change at any time and are subject to the offer shown at checkout.
We may ship to P.O. boxes, remote areas, military addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or similar addresses only where supported by the selected carrier and checkout. Some addresses may be unavailable, restricted, delayed, or subject to additional fees or surcharges. Remote-area, oversized, returned-package, re-shipping, failed-delivery, address-correction, customs, or carrier surcharges may apply where permitted by law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or outdated shipping information provided by you. Address changes are not guaranteed. We may attempt to update an address if you contact us before fulfillment, but once an order is processed, packed, fulfilled, handed to a carrier, or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, unclaimed package, unpaid duties, customs issue, carrier issue, or other reason not caused by us, we may require you to pay re-shipping fees before the order is resent. We may deduct original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, duties, customs fees, and other costs from any refund where permitted by law. We are not required to refund returned-to-sender, refused, abandoned, or unclaimed packages unless required by applicable law.
If you refuse delivery or fail to claim a package, you remain responsible for the order and any associated shipping, return, customs, duties, carrier, or handling costs, subject to applicable law.
Risk of loss may transfer to you when the order is delivered to the carrier or as otherwise required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that may apply in your province, state, or jurisdiction.
Tracking information will be provided when available. If tracking shows an order as delivered but you claim not to have received it, you should first contact the carrier and check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, concierge, mailbox, parcel locker, or local post office. We may assist case by case, but we are not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries, theft after delivery, incorrect delivery locations caused by incorrect address information, or packages lost after delivery, subject to applicable law and any shipping protection coverage purchased.
If a package appears lost in transit, you must contact us within a reasonable time. We generally ask that you wait at least 14 days from the shipment date before reporting a package as lost, unless tracking clearly shows a carrier issue earlier. Lost-package remedies may depend on carrier investigation results, shipping protection, insurance coverage, and applicable law.
9. International Orders, Customs, and Import Rules
We currently focus on Canada and the United States. If we allow orders to other countries in the future, you are responsible for ensuring that products may be lawfully imported into and used in your destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, inspections, delays, restrictions, refusals, seizures, or disposal. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these amounts and risks are your responsibility.
If customs, a carrier, or another authority rejects, delays, seizes, returns, destroys, or refuses an international package for reasons outside our control, you remain responsible for the order and any related shipping, return, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, disposal, or handling costs, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for customs delays, import refusals, seizure of goods, or your failure to comply with local laws, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, refunds, order cancellations, damaged item claims, and related matters are governed by our Refund Policy and any return terms posted on our website or presented at checkout, subject to applicable law.
Please review our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. The Refund Policy explains the applicable return window, product-condition requirements, final-sale items, damaged or incorrect item claims, return shipping responsibilities, refund processing, and other return-related terms.
To request a return, you must contact us before sending the item back and provide proof of purchase, such as your order number and the email address used for the order. Returns sent without approval may be refused or returned to sender.
We do not currently offer exchanges, including shade exchanges, unless required by applicable law or approved by us case by case. If you order the wrong shade, product, quantity, or variation, any remedy will be handled under our Refund Policy and generally requires the product to be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
Opened, used, unsealed, altered, damaged-after-delivery, or tampered products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, unless required by applicable law.
Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, bundles, gift cards, subscription products, and hygiene-sensitive products may be final sale or returnable only if expressly allowed by our Refund Policy and only if unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging, subject to applicable law.
Return shipping is handled case by case, but unless we determine that the product was defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrectly sent by us, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, customs fees, taxes, shipping protection fees, and other charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video proof showing the issue, packaging, shipping label, and product condition. We may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another remedy case by case and in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product or approve the refund, although your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financing provider may take additional time to post the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with our posted policies, including products that are opened, used, unsealed, altered, damaged after delivery, missing packaging, missing components, affected by hygiene concerns, returned outside the applicable return window, or connected to suspected fraud, abuse, excessive return activity, chargeback abuse, or policy misuse, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable legal warranty, statutory cancellation right, chargeback right, defective-product right, or consumer protection right that applies to you. If a product is defective, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise subject to a legal warranty or mandatory consumer protection remedy, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
11. Product Use, Safety, and Customer Responsibility
You agree to use our products only as directed and for their intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all product instructions, labels, ingredient information, and warnings; patch testing or cautious initial use where appropriate; checking ingredients or materials if you have sensitivities or allergies; ensuring the product is suitable for your intended use; not using products on irritated, broken, inflamed, infected, or damaged skin or scalp; storing products properly; avoiding misuse, alteration, contamination, or unsafe application; keeping products away from children and pets where appropriate; avoiding contact with eyes, mouth, and other sensitive areas unless the product is specifically intended for that use; and discontinuing use if irritation, discomfort, allergy, or adverse effects occur.
We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized resale, improper storage, product alteration, contamination, use with incompatible products, or use contrary to warnings, subject to applicable law.
12. Accounts
Customer accounts are not currently required unless enabled on our website. If accounts are enabled, you may be required to create an account to access certain features, including order management, subscription management, account preferences, or other customer features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as needed.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we suspect fraud, misuse, threats, harassment, abusive conduct, chargeback abuse, return abuse, promotion abuse, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or risk to our business, website, customers, or third parties.
Customer support is currently handled primarily by email. We may add chat, customer portals, helpdesk tools, or other support channels in the future. You agree to communicate respectfully with our team. We may limit or stop responding to abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, repetitive, or bad-faith communications, subject to applicable law.
13. Email, SMS, and Electronic Communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your orders, account, shipping, returns, customer support, subscriptions, security, legal notices, or policy updates.
If you opt in to marketing emails, we may send promotional emails using platforms such as Klaviyo and Shopify Email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
We do not currently use SMS/MMS marketing, but we may add it in the future. If SMS marketing is enabled and you opt in, message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and consent will not be a condition of purchase. You may opt out by replying STOP where supported.
You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Reviews, Testimonials, Photos, Videos, and User Content
You may be able to submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, videos, social media tags, feedback, suggestions, or other content (“User Content”), including through Shopify Reviews, email, social media, product pages, customer support, or other channels.
By submitting, tagging, uploading, posting, sending, or otherwise making User Content available to us, you grant Go Twenties a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, edit, crop, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the User Content in connection with our website, product pages, advertising, emails, social media, paid ads, organic posts, marketing, promotions, influencer campaigns, creator campaigns, and business operations, subject to applicable law and any written agreement that applies.
If you tag, mention, message, or submit content to Go Twenties on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, or similar platforms, you understand that we may use that content for marketing and promotional purposes where permitted by law and platform rules.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to submit the User Content; the User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge where it describes your experience; the User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party; the User Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, hateful, misleading, or harmful material; the User Content does not include another person’s personal information without authorization; and you have obtained any permissions required from people shown or identified in the User Content.
We may remove, edit, reject, or refuse to display User Content at our discretion, subject to applicable law. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may do so. You understand that User Content may be public and may be seen, copied, shared, or used by others. Do not submit content that you do not want to be public.
Influencer, creator, affiliate, ambassador, review, testimonial, or paid promotional content reflects individual experiences and does not guarantee that you will achieve the same result. Paid, gifted, affiliate, or sponsored content may be used in marketing where permitted by law and subject to applicable disclosure requirements.
15. Feedback and Ideas
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, concepts, improvements, product requests, marketing ideas, or other submissions, you agree that we may use them without restriction, compensation, attribution, or obligation to you, subject to applicable law. You agree not to submit confidential, proprietary, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content and materials, including text, graphics, product names, logos, images, videos, icons, designs, page layouts, code, software, button icons, audio clips, product packaging, product descriptions, brand elements, ad creatives, social content, product photography, video demonstrations, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Go Twenties and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, sell, resell, exploit, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, or use our content, website, product pages, images, videos, advertising materials, product descriptions, brand elements, or creative assets for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
All trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on our website are the property of Go Twenties or their respective owners.
Unauthorized resale, marketplace listing, repackaging, private labeling, copying of product pages, copying of images or videos, or use of our brand assets on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, or other platforms is prohibited without our prior written approval.
17. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website, products, services, content, or systems to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right; commit fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, return abuse, promotion abuse, account abuse, or warranty abuse; submit false, misleading, inaccurate, or unauthorized information; impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; interfere with the security or operation of our website; upload malware, viruses, harmful code, or disruptive technology; scrape, crawl, harvest, mine, or extract data without authorization; reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with website functionality; use bots, scripts, automated tools, or similar technology without authorization; overload, attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems; resell, redistribute, repackage, private-label, or list our products on third-party marketplaces without our prior written permission; copy product pages, images, videos, descriptions, ads, or creative materials; use our products or content for unlawful, misleading, harmful, or deceptive purposes; post or transmit defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content; threaten, harass, abuse, or intimidate our team, service providers, customers, creators, or partners; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or assist or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our website or services if we believe you have violated these Terms.
18. Third-Party Tools, Links, and Services
Our website may include links to third-party websites, apps, payment providers, social media platforms, embedded content, reviews, advertising tools, or other third-party services. Third-party services are not controlled by Go Twenties. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, security, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Certain features of our website are powered by Shopify and third-party Shopify apps. Shopify and app providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and their own policies.
19. Availability, Errors, and Website Changes
We do not guarantee that our website, checkout, products, content, or services will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of our website, product offering, pricing, content, feature, or service at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
Our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or technical errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, availability, images, or other content. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse orders affected by errors, subject to applicable law.
20. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewals, and Recurring Billing
We may offer subscriptions, memberships, replenishment plans, monthly re-order programs, auto-renewing orders, recurring billing, prepaid plans, or other continuous service programs collectively referred to in these Terms as “Subscriptions.”
Subscriptions may allow customers to receive recurring orders of selected products on a monthly or flexible schedule. Specific Subscription frequencies, discounts, product choices, shade options, management options, and subscription app features may vary and may be disclosed at checkout or in the subscription portal.
If you purchase a Subscription, the specific Subscription terms presented at checkout, on the product page, in your account, in the subscription portal, or in the applicable offer will also apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the specific Subscription terms presented at purchase, the terms presented at purchase will control for that Subscription, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Before you complete a Subscription purchase, we will disclose the material terms of the Subscription, which may include the product or service included; the price and currency; taxes, shipping charges, and other fees if applicable; billing frequency; delivery frequency if different from billing frequency; whether the Subscription renews automatically; the renewal or recurring charge amount; the payment method that will be charged; the cancellation method; any minimum commitment; any trial, introductory, promotional, or discounted pricing terms; when regular pricing begins after a trial or promotion; how to modify or cancel if those options are available; and any other material conditions that apply.
By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the Subscription terms disclosed at checkout and authorize Go Twenties, Shopify, Shopify Payments, any applicable subscription app, and any applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the Subscription is cancelled, expires, or is otherwise terminated in accordance with the applicable terms.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two orders. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency disclosed at purchase. You authorize recurring charges for each renewal order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees, unless you cancel before the applicable cancellation deadline.
You are responsible for keeping payment, billing, shipping, and contact information accurate and up to date. If payment fails, we or our processors may retry the charge, request updated information, delay shipment, suspend the Subscription, cancel the Subscription, collect amounts owed, or take other steps permitted by law.
If available, you may manage your Subscription through your customer account, subscription portal, order-management link, or by contacting us at gotwentiesofficial@gmail.com. Available management options may include changing quantity, delivery frequency, shipping information, payment information, products, or shades. Skipping, pausing, or changing a Subscription is not guaranteed unless expressly offered.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, cancellation requests must be completed at least two weeks before the next scheduled renewal, billing date, processing date, or shipment date to avoid being charged for the next order. If an order has already processed, billed, entered fulfillment, shipped, or passed the applicable cancellation cut-off, that order is non-cancellable and non-refundable except as required by law or allowed under our Refund Policy.
If we offer a free trial, discounted trial, introductory price, promotional Subscription price, or similar offer, the specific terms will be disclosed at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, once the trial or promotional period ends, your Subscription will automatically continue at the regular price and frequency disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before the trial or promotional period ends and after satisfying any minimum commitment that lawfully applies.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide order confirmations, renewal notices, reminder notices, cancellation confirmations, price-change notices, or other Subscription notices. We may not send renewal reminders unless required by law or made available through the subscription app or Shopify tools used. Subscription products are subject to the same unopened, unused, sealed, original-packaging return rule described in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in this Subscription section limits any non-waivable consumer protection, cancellation, refund, disclosure, renewal-notice, chargeback, legal warranty, or statutory right that applies to you.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website, services, content, and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Twenties disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, availability, and results. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any legal warranty, statutory guarantee, or consumer protection right that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by contract.
22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Go Twenties for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim. 24. Consumer Protection and Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right, warranty, guarantee, remedy, or protection that you have under applicable consumer protection, privacy, ecommerce, product safety, or other laws that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by contract. Quebec consumers and other consumers may have legal warranties or statutory rights that apply automatically to online purchases and cannot be waived.
25. Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law, these Terms and any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, our website, services, or products are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, this governing law clause does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your province, state, or country of residence where such laws apply and cannot be waived.
26. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at gotwentiesofficial@gmail.com so we can try to resolve any issue informally and at the lowest reasonable cost for both parties. Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, unless prohibited by applicable law or payment-network rules. Improper, abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, refusal of future orders, collection of amounts owed, and any other remedies available to us under law.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms, our website, services, products, or your relationship with Go Twenties will be resolved in the courts located in Quebec, Canada. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring claims in the courts or forums required or permitted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies or terms posted on our website or presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Go Twenties regarding your use of our website, services, and products.
